feature can be used to sit at the heart of a FOX Small Business
Administration service. This feature allows you to list all your
products, services, packages and/or solutions in one location. Here
you can configure each offerings' pricing, profitability and
relationships with other offerings. Once configured it is possible
to use this feature to help easily generate Sales Quotes based upon
one or more offerings.

Multi-Currency
Management
If you have international customers or suppliers that you need
to provide for their local currency support, FOX-BKA can support
any combinations of Multi-Currency management. This includes for
example, if you wish to price a Sales Quote in your currency but
send the Customer Invoice in their local currency.
Bank Statement
Import
Bank statements are an important part of double entry book
keeping. But importing these bank statements in to most accounting
software packages is usually not so simple. Many banks only support
integrated downloads to a very small number of accounting software
packages.
However, most banks do offer a CSV file export and some even
support Excel Spreadsheet exports. Using either CSV or Excel
Spreadsheets FOX-BKA can be configured to allow easy upload of your
bank transactions.
Currently On Quota GmbH loads bank statements from four
different currency accounts in to FOX-BKA! To select this option
simply send us a sample export file from your on-line banking and
we will configure your FOX-BKA Bank Statement Import for you. If
you really have no export capability you can scan or fax your bank
statements to us and we will enter the transactions on your behalf
manually. Hand entered bank statements require an additional
service subscription option pricing based upon number of
transactions entered.
Payment
Reconciliation
Having got your bank statement transactions in to FOX-BKA you
can utilize the reconciliation capabilities of FOX-BKA. Each income
or expenditure transaction can be referenced to the corresponding
bank statement entry by a simply system lookup! This makes the
reconciliation process much easier.
Customer Expenses
Management
This feature allows you to track and invoice expenses that were
necessary as part of a customer delivery. The individual who made
the expense can attach each billable expense to pre-prepared
invoices. For an additional small fee, you can even scan your
expenses via a PDF or JPEG file and load this for our staff
to enter your expenses for you. This will save you hours of this
expenses admin data entry nightmare!
