Why did you choose Sharepoint to run your business?

Sharepoint offered us the ability to create and build tools to support our business as we needed them. Many of our tools were built using Excel Spreadsheets and we ran our business effectively on Excel. With Sharepoint we were able to migrate our Excel Spreadsheets online and enable our team to work on them together at the same time. In doing this we also avoided buying off-the-shelf multi-user server software which either needed programmers to customise or didn't offer the flexibility we required.

What's the advantage in using your FOX-BKA over other more established Accounting software?

FOX-BKA offers you the ability to run your business with useful reporting and accurate figures while still delivering on what your Accountant needs in terms of P&L, Balance Sheet and other standard accounting reports.
 
For example, getting visibility on what your monetary cash-flow really looks like can often difficult with many standard accounting systems. FOX-BKA it's easy to see what actual cash you will have to pay bills while not compromising the accounting reporting requirements your accountant needs to do their job.
How long have you been providing Sharepoint Hosting solutions?

Since 2003, we started with our Sharepoint FOX-CRM.
 
This was on the Sharepoint Team Services v1.0 platform. Since then we have supported v1.0 to v2.0 and v2.0 to v3.0 (or Sharepoint 2007) releases. We will be looking to support Sharepoint 2010 during the second half of 2010.

All our servers have multiple hard disks, so whenever you save your data it is saved in multiple drives, so if one drive fails then the data is still intact.
 
We archive each day for up to 14 days. So we can restore your environment to any day within the last 2 weeks.
Can we upgrade from FOX-CRM to FOX-SBA later?

Yes - our FOX-SBA services are based upon Microsoft's Sharepoint "Features" and "Solutions" deployment architecture, which allows easy Activation and Deactivation of FOX-SBA features.
